A Little Background

Hey all, my name is Carie, and like most women I am trying to lose weight. I was trying to find motivation for this endeavor and then I had a light bulb moment. Currently I have DD's. Not cool, when you are 4' 10" (for real people, no joke). My current weight is 155 and I'm trying to lose at least 20lbs. So losing boobage is a real motivation for me, and it really made want to lose.

I'm trying a couple of things this week to see if they will make a difference. I'm using Weight Watchers online so I can keep track of my points. I'm trying to incorporate some form of activity everyday. Nothing backbreaking yet (I'm sure I'll add on in future weeks) just a walk around the neighborhood with the kids (oh yeah, I have 3 of those). Everyday for lunch I'm eating a salad dressed with olive oil and vinegar and a low point soup, then for snacks I'm eating fruits and string cheese. Then, I eat a healthy dinner.

I have to admit I'm only on day 5 and I am already sick of eating salads. I think that may be because I am usually pretty hungry come lunch time and a salad doesn't sound all that satisfying. After I eat it and the soup I do feel full and am grateful for staying on track. I am anxiously awaiting weighing in on Sunday to see if all of my sacrificing has paid off.

My husband supports my weight loss but can't stand behind the B cup. He is calling it Operation full C cup, but it doesn't have the same ring. I tell you what, losing weight was way easier before I had kids. It's hard to fit in a workout when my kids are 5, 2, and 1, hence the walking. So, I'll keep this site updated and see how things go.
